Anger Aleviation

Beneath simmering temper is the anxiety and fear of  being   hurt . Humiliation tends to trigger a flare up of explosive emotion . anger makes us more susceptible to disease from common cold to serious problem of immune system .

Imagine Picture yourself sitting at a table facing the person you are upset with . you are now arbitrator, rather than enemy make a list of differences and discuss each one with your opponent . be flexible and minded about the rights of the other  person  listen if you wish to be hard.

Suggestion :

I am reedy and willing to compromise and look at both sides of the conflicts . i will be exercise control and be flexible. if I feel my temper rising I will count to ten and cool down . I  am respected by family and friends for having the character to see both sides……..
