Pain Alleviation………

Researchers have know for a long time that the brain is the sources of  pain perception . Now we also known the brain manufactures a morphine like pain killer which is stimulated by hypnotics  state of mind  The marvel of this facts is that you can  get same results naturally without becoming addicted pain response to mental imaginary and suggestion on a regional basis

Using focused breathing imagine a small hole in area of the pain and exhaled the pain with the outgoing breath . breath in fully and exhale forcefully  . Next see yourself completely free of pain  you are actively engaged in exercise or sport activity that you did before the problem 

Suggestion :

Each time I picture the heading light directed into the trouble area. I see it melt in the warm rays it is shrinking into a tiny size disappearing  now.
