Fear of flying

Aerophobia  is often the result of an earlier experience which frightended the person . imaginary   directed on to a screen revieves  the incident and a safe reenactment place subliminally , which later calms the conscious mind.

Start conditioning a week or two before a flight . Record the therapy on an audio tape . This has proven to be successful . many people take their recorder on the       plane and play the tape during the flight . A post hypnotic suggestion is given to the subject , to the effect that the hypnosis training will be recalled as he steps into the plane


I look forward to flying . I enjoy going to new place and seeing new faces . every time I fly, I feel high and happy . as soon as I sit down in the plane I will enter a calm state of mind .
