Get lots of exercise:-
Whenever you are struggling with mental stress, always keep yourself busy with some such activity so that you do not pay attention to the mental stress. Make a daily timetable:-

Keep an eye on the room temperature:-
Your bed should be comfortable to sleep in, especially your pillow, and bedding should be soft, on which you can sleep comfortably. Also, keep the room temperature between 60 and 67 degrees. This temperature is best for the body. For a lighter mind, skip watching TV in the bedroom. Choose a peaceful environment to promote relaxation and enhance mental well-being.

Every person wants to remain stress-free but being completely stress-free is neither natural nor possible because in such a situation the person will become inactive. But there are some stressors, and staying away from them can prove to be very beneficial for a person.
